Senator or Lobbyist?

What is it about educated people that they seem to lack the one vital element that truly makes them intelligent? That one element is common sense. In all appearances Senator Yen is ignoring the medical evidence out there in favor of lobbying for the vaccine industry. It appears that he has taken up his effort to force vaccinations on children in the State of Oklahoma once again in the upcoming legislative session. In case you haven't noticed Senator, there are far graver problems to address this year than placing our children under the communist rule of vaccination.

As is our custom we began our research by going to his home page at www.ok.gov here Oklahoma State Senate - Senators. As is common with the Senators in Oklahoma, they give you as little information as possible. We do know that he was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1954. We do recognize the politically harrowing times between Taiwan and China that existed at those times and we fully understand their legal immigration to the United States while he was a child. He has done well for himself.

We next went to his campaign page here Home. Here he basically sets out what he believes in. He's pro-gun, pro-life, pro-education and wants to find ways to keep more medical students in Oklahoma. Nowhere does he mention his stance on vaccinations. As an anesthesiologist we wonder if he left that out on purpose, or if it just didn't come up until after he was elected. We will make that case a little later on in the report.

The next article of interest we found was this Ervin Yen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. We learned a little more about the Senator's background here. Nothing earthshaking, but people in his family that he has not brought into his campaign and we will not bring them into this report either.

The next article of interest we found was this State senator: Vaccine effort would save Oklahoma lives | News OK. From all appearances Senator Yen based his bill last year on a study that was completed by a British Scientist named Andrew Wakefield. This study that claims that vaccinations can do no harm has been soundly discredited by the medical community including the American Medical Association and the Oklahoma Medical Association. That can leave only one reason why he is pushing for this vaccine bill to be pushed. That one reason is money. Pure simple greed .

The next article of interest we found was this Oklahoma Psychiatrist, State Senator Debate Vaccinations - NewsOn6.com - Tulsa, OK - News, Weather, Video and Sports - KOTV.co. This was actually a heated debate. The Psychiatrist involved had lost a child due to allegedly SIDS; however the child had started to deteriorate after receiving her first vaccination. While Senator Yen may be correct in the growing number of cases in this country, he has failed to do the appropriate research to do the simple step of identifying where the source of the disease has originated from. Unlike most U.S. Citizens who has been disease free for years, illegal immigrants are crossing the border every day with the consent of the current administration, without vaccination and in many cases carrying these diseases. Making vaccinations mandated by the state is something that is more of what we would expect from the country he and his parent fled from than what we would expect from a free nation like Oklahoma. It smells of show me your papers please.

The next item of interest we found was this Oklahoma Ethics Commission - Lobbyists & Liaisons Reporting. This is a list of all registered lobbyist in the State of Oklahoma and what their expenses were. This one you might want to not only open, but print a copy of for your files. You'll be able to see how effective they are at funneling money from their organizations to the legislators to get them to vote the way they want them to. You do this by checking their donor list against the lobbyist list.

The next article of interest we found was this Rule change will allow lobbyists to spend more on Oklahoma lawmakers | News OK. Somehow they felt that with the salary they were getting plus the per diem just wasn't enough, so they voted to allow lobbyist to be able to bribe them at a higher rate than before. Who are they working for? It certainly doesn't appear to be the citizens of this great state. We do know what people in the military would call this. They would call it a SNAFU.

 The next article that got our attention was this New Oklahoma Lobbying / Gift Rules. Now this was a piece of legislation that was quietly passed while no one was looking. We found it rather despicable that they would make it easier for lobbyist to give them more of a payoff without even thinking about it. That just goes to show that they don't work for the people of Oklahoma. They are working for the special interest groups represented by the lobbyist.

We thought you might be interested in who these people who are buying your government are. This not only tells you who the lobbyist are but it also tells you who they represent. This is another nail in the coffin of corruption being exposed here.

There is one individual out there wanting to do something about all the lobbyist. We found this article here Oklahoma legislator wants lawmakers off lobbyist welfare - Tulsa World: Capitol Report. One single legislator has called for lawmakers to get off of lobbyist welfare. He's right too. This last November twelve states past anti-corruption laws that limited lobbyist interaction with law makers. As Oklahoma is considered the most politically corrupt state in the union, an anti-corruption law would be a nice start to setting this state on the right course.

Senator Yen has not been keeping track of outbreaks of measles and mumps outbreaks across the country. We found this article Harvard Mumps Outbreak: The Real Story Mainstream Media Won't Tell You that most people never saw. The mumps outbreak at Harvard wasn't confined to just Harvard, it included the University of Massachusetts and Tufts University. Additionally ninety-five percent of the individuals who were infected had been vaccinated. That doesn't say much for the vaccine does it.

The next article of interest we found should frighten every parent around US Vax Court Sees 400% Spike in Vaccine Injuries, Flu Shot Wins Top Honors for Biggest Payout. Apparently Senator Yen hasn't either seen or has chosen to ignore this report. This indicates that there is something terribly wrong with the vaccine industry. This also indicates that there is something wrong with the FDA and the CDC who approve these vaccines. Someone isn't doing their job properly.

Perhaps the most glaring overlooked report against Senator Yen's proposal is this HPV Vaccine Scam: NIH Scientist Exposes Corruption in Cancer and Vaccine Industries. How could he have missed this? The National Institute of Health exposed corruption and most likely a very deadly scam in the Cancer and Vaccine Industries. Why was this not reported to the public? Why are they still pushing vaccines? How stupid do they think we are?

It doesn't get any better either. As we were writing this piece this story was published The U.S. Centers For Disease Control – A History of Corruption. This is a gruesome tale of scientist with ethics having to sue the government in order to get the word out to the people about the corruption and phony science behind some of the vaccines that they are trying to mandate our children to take. This may qualify as a criminal conspiracy to defraud the public between the federal government and the big pharmaceutical companies that produce the vaccines. That's even before we talk about the toxic level of mercury that is included in most vaccines.

We next went to www.ok.gov/ethicscommittee to see what information they had on his campaign finances. We had to go back to the 2014 campaign because he didn't close that campaign out until late 2016. We concede that he did in fact have numerous individual donors to his campaign. The reason we say he should be considered a paid lobbyist is who a majority of those individual donors are. A majority of the individual donors are people who would benefit financially from a mandatory vaccine law. That would be other doctors. Now we are not against an individual making a few bucks, however we are adamant that they will not make those few dollars at the expense of our children. Ignoring the evidence out there that the vaccines that are currently being given are not only harmful, but ineffective is only creating a greater danger for our children.

We next took a look at the reports filed concerning Political Action Committees, Unions and other special interest groups. These reports read like a who's who at the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce. There isn't a Political Action Committee associated with Medicine that hasn't donated to his campaign. There are enough to actually classify him as a Chambercrat.

The one reason Senator Yen's family immigrated to this country was supposedly  to escape the potential oppression of Communist China. That is something we are sure all of us can understand. That raises a big question. Why is he now trying to force a statist, communist rule on the citizens of Oklahoma? The forced vaccinations are just that. Nowhere does it leave room for religious belief or parental choice. This is a slap in the face to every American in this country. If this is the type of medicine he wants to practice, then let him move to California. He hasn't even bothered to identify the cause of the recent outbreaks of some of these diseases.
