IS REPRESENTATIVE HORN WORKING FOR HER CONSTITUENTS? OR IS SHE SELLING A SCAM?

It’s always surprised us how we here in Oklahoma can claim that we are a Conservative State, when our state legislative bodies and our delegation in the District of Corruption are liberal in nature and wouldn’t even qualify as a “Blue Dog Democrat.” That is truly a sad state of affairs. We are shocked to see that Oklahoma still ranks among the top five in the amount of freedom we have, but those liberal, establishment Republicans are always looking for a way to take a little more of that freedom away.

Now we find that the leadership of the state GOP is in complete disarray. That break down led to the defeat of the Republican Incumbent in the 2016 general election. What brought our attention to this sordid take was this story from the Muskogee Politico. This was showing how much she raised during the last quarter. We were curious as to where all that money came from, so we went to the Federal Elections Commission here to see what information they could provide. You can see the results below.

You can go the web site and download all of her contributions if you desire. What we found was that a vast amount of her money was coming in from out of state.

One of the donors that appeared several times on just the first page was a group called “ActBlue.” We did look into this group to see who they were. We found this article on Wikipedia. They call themselves a Political Action Committee. This group basically funnels money from individuals to Democrat Candidates to try and get them elected to office. We first became familiar with them during the 2016 political campaigns. The were often found as contributors to those schoolteachers who ran as Democrats that year.

We next went to www.votesmart.org to look at her voting record. You can see her voting record by going to this link. We found two votes that were particularly disturbing to us. The first was House Resolution 294 which would have brought House Resolution 1644 to floor for consideration. This was a mass amnesty bill for immigration. You can see a report on the bill here. She voted Nay, but we failed to see her reason for her to vote that way. She covers the city of Oklahoma City, which is a Sanctuary City according to I.C.E. The bill passed the House 219 for and 201 against.

The second bill was the vote on impeachment. In this article she tells an interviewer “Well, These are serious bottom line is I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and to serve Oklahoma and the 5^th Congressional District. And While I didn’t support an impeachment inquiry, I certainly know that these are serious allegations that have to be investigated. “We would ask when is she going to start? A secret Kangaroo Court held in a basement where the Chairman won’t allow members of the other political party to ask questions is no place to start. If she wants to protect thee Constitution, she should have red the resolution before she voted. She would have found that the President’s equal and fair

Treatment under the law were still not going to be recognized. That was said on a live broadcast on October 4^th, 2019.

Less than a month later she uses twitter to announce that she will vote for the inquiry. Oklahoma City Channel 25 filed this report. We can only speculate why she used twitter instead of being willing to face the questions of her constituents. This was not a bi-partisan bill. In fact, the only bi-partisanship shown was By Rep Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey and Rep Collin Peterson of Minnesota. Both are Democrats and voted nay. Both indicated that the process so far has been overly partisan and is further dividing this country.

This comes from an individual who campaigned on being a different kind of Democrat politician. The only difference we found between her and Speaker Pelosi was their age.

We admire her wanting to live up to the oath she took. It’s the same oath all members of the Armed Forces take as well. Mack most former military feel that the oath has no expiration date on it. If she wants to protect and defend the Constitution she should start with her own political party. Florida Representative Alcee Hastings has been in office for over twenty years. It is an office that he has been disqualified for. You see he’s a former impeached and convicted Federal Judge who according to the Constitution is prohibited from holding an office of honor within the federal government.

 Her campaign was to be a different, non-partisan representative of Oklahoma Congressional District 5. Like most politicians, she has proven that she is nothing more than a political hack and yes woman to Nancy Pelosi. She is a disgrace to the people she said she would represent. She is a prime example of why the State of Oklahoma should pass a Recall law to give the people a chance to correct the mistakes.
